The TZ-160-ECA In-Ground Trapzilla Grease Interceptor is rated for 35 GPM (2.21 l/s) and holds 167 pounds (21 gallons) of grease in a compact footprint. Perfect for replacing failing steel or concrete interceptors, the TZ-160-ECA is manufactured out of durable polyethylene, meaning that it will outlast traditional interceptors made of inferior materials. The In-Ground models come with a 29" long Two-Piece Extension Collar and a 22" Solid Top Cover that can be removed easily to clean out retained grease.

Thermaco Trapzilla Model No. TZ-160-ECA, linear low-density rotationally molded polyethylene grease and oil separator(s) for in-ground installation, shall be ASME A112.14.3 Rated at 35 gallons per minute (2.21 l/s) peak flow, 167 pounds (75 Kg) of grease storage capacity with a flat grease separation efficiency curve, crush-resistant cylindrical walls, removable lid for full access by grease pump truck for grease removal and removal of solids, integral non-floatation anchor ring for in-ground installation, integral horizontal baffle, laminar inlet flow diverter, separate storage compartments for grease and solids, and including as an integral part of the unit an integral gas trap and a fully removable polyethylene self-positioning keyed cover equipped with sealed thread fas- teners. Included extension collar manufactured out of linear low-density rotationally molded polyethylene with two piece construction for field adjustable height. The Grease Retention Capacity shall be not less than four pounds (4 lbs.) per one gallon (1 gal.) average flow rate.
