Store shipping Policy

  • PRODUCT(S) purchased in our store will be delivered via UPS Ground or USPS Mail.
  • Our orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
  • Orders will have shipping charges added to them, based on level of shipping chosen.
  • We offer free shipping on online orders over $100 (contiguous US only) for standard LTL shipping or UPS ground/standard. 
  • Orders placed after 1pm ET will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders over 150 lbs are not eligible for UPS shipping and must be done via LTL Shipping. Please contact Thermaco for scheduled delivery, liftgate service, and expedited options at 1-800-633-4204.
  • Delivery days are for business days (Monday-Friday) only and exclude weekends and holidays. Day of pick up is not included in transit time calculations. For example, an order placed on Friday before 1PM ET with UPS 2nd Day Air will be delivered by end of day Tuesday. Expedited services and delivery delays are out of Thermaco’s control and the shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • UPS Policy - UPS shall not be liable for any interrup­tion of service due to causes beyond UPS’s control including, but not limited to: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept Delivery of the Shipment, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, Hazardous Materials Packages improperly offered for transport, the application of security regulations imposed by the gov­ ernment or otherwise applicable to the Shipment, riots, a government agency hold, strikes or other labor disputes, civil unrest, disruptions of any kind in national or local air or ground transportation networks (including, but not limited to, UPS’s trans­ portation network), disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions. 


Warranty Claims

Any claim must be made in writing to Thermaco at 646 Greensboro Street, Asheboro, NC 27203 promptly after discovery of any defect and within the applicable warranty period (reference Installation & Operations Manual of your product for details).  Big Dipper warranty claim forms may be completed at Trapzilla warranty claim forms may be completed at The product must be delivered, prepaid, to Thermaco, together with proof of purchase, the serial number from which the item was removed and a return authorization number issued by Thermaco. If Thermaco determines upon examination that the component is defective and that the warranty conditions are met, Thermaco's sole obligation under this warranty, and the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement, at Thermaco's option, of the defective component, including parts and labor.  The replacement will be furnished F.O.B. point of shipment. If Thermaco determines that the component is not defective or that the other conditions of this warranty are not met, then any return of such part to the purchaser shall be at purchaser's cost.


Return of Merchandise:

  1. In order to determine allowable return good eligibility, the timing of the eligibility is calculated between the THERMACO Ship Date and the Return Date. THERMACO Ship Date is the date the PRODUCT(S) shipped from THERMACO to BUYER. Return Date is the date the PRODUCT(S) is/are physically received by THERMACO or authorized agency.

  4. Only PRODUCT(S) in original containers and in salable condition, will be considered for return. THERMACO reserves the right to judge salability. PRODUCT(S) received in unsalable condition, in THERMACO's sole determination, will be destroyed with no credit issued. For BIG DIPPER and TRAPZILLA UNITS; THERMACO'S policy is to authorize returns for NEW, UNINSTALLED, & UNOPENED items made within 30 days of the original invoice date. These items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. In addition to the minimum re-stocking fee the original shipping cost paid by Thermaco will be deducted from your return. 
  5. A partial return of merchandise purchased with a quantity discount (see Big Dipper discount policy and Trapzilla discount policy) is allowed, however, the BUYER will lose the quantity discount and be charged full price for the items kept by the BUYER.
  6. Credit will be issued by a Customer Service Representative (“CSR”) upon THERMACO's receipt of authorized goods returned in salable condition. A credit will be issued based on invoice value at the time of purchase.

B. Product Quality Failure

100% credit, through complaint handling system, will be issued upon receipt of PRODUCT(S) if CSR is notified within 14 days of THERMACO ship date. Freight paid by THERMACO.

C. Product Damaged in Shipping

100% credit or replacement of damaged PRODUCT(S) if CSR is notified within 14 days of THERMACO ship date. Freight paid by THERMACO.

D. Shipping Shortages

100% credit or replacement of missing PRODUCT(S), with proof of delivery to the CSR within 30 days after THERMACO ship date if CSR is notified within 14 days of THERMACO ship date.

E. Shipping Overages Returns

100% credit of returned PRODUCT(S) will be issued if CSR is notified within 14 days of THERMACO ship date. Freight paid by THERMACO.

Return of Overstock / Customer Errors

F. Standard Stock Returns

Credit will be issued at the sole discretion of THERMACO. THERMACO reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, BUYER received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law. A copy of the packing list must accompany the returned merchandise with Thermaco Return Authorization Number.  Freight Paid by BUYER.
